Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This policy explains what data [RandomPips LLC] collects when you use RandomPips and how we handle it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, username, optional profile details (name, country).
- Platform activity: challenge purchases, trading activity on our simulated environment, account performance, payout requests and the crypto addresses you provide for them.
- Payment data: invoice references and payment status from our crypto payment processor. We never see or store card numbers or bank details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and logs needed for security and rate limiting.
- Verification data: if identity verification (KYC) is required for a payout, the verification is handled by a specialized provider; we store only the outcome.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Service: accounts, challenges, rule enforcement, payouts.
- To prevent fraud and abuse (multi-accounting, exploits, payment fraud).
- To send transactional emails (purchases, account events, payouts).
- To comply with legal obligations, including sanctions screening.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Processors
We rely on infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Resend (email), and — when applicable — an identity verification provider. Each processes only what it needs.
4. Retention
Account and transaction records are kept while your account exists and thereafter as required for legal, accounting and anti-fraud purposes.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (deletion is subject to records we must keep by law). Contact support@randompips.com.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and money movements are server-side only. No system is perfectly secure; report vulnerabilities to support@randompips.com.
