Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RandomPips (the "Service"), operated by [RandomPips LLC] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a challenge you agree to these Terms.

1. What RandomPips is (and is not)

RandomPips is a skill evaluation program on a fully simulated trading environment. Our synthetic indices are generated by a provably-fair random algorithm (see Provably Fair) and do not track any real market. All account balances are virtual. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution, and nothing on the Service is investment advice. Fees paid are for access to the evaluation program and its infrastructure — they are not deposits, investments or wagers on external events.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • The Service is not available to residents of the United States, or of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or where use of the Service would be unlawful.
  • One person, one account. Multi-accounting is prohibited.

3. Challenges and evaluation rules

Each challenge's parameters (profit targets, maximum daily loss, maximum total loss, minimum trading days, profit split) are displayed before purchase and enforced automatically by the platform. Breaching a loss limit closes the account. Challenge fees are one-time and per-account.

4. Funded accounts and rewards

  • "Funded" accounts remain simulated. Payouts are performance rewards under the program, paid from our own funds in cryptocurrency.
  • Your reward share is the profit split shown on your plan (typically 80%).
  • Minimum payout: $50. Payout requests sweep the account's profit and reset its balance to the starting size.
  • Lifetime payout cap: each funded account can receive total rewards of up to 4× the challenge fee paid for it. Reaching the cap completes that account's program; you may purchase a new challenge.
  • Payouts are reviewed manually and normally processed within 24 hours. We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any payout, and may withhold payouts while investigating suspected breaches of these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Multiple or shared accounts; buying or selling accounts.
  • Coordinated or opposite (hedged) positions across accounts or with other users.
  • Exploiting bugs, latency, or any platform malfunction; automated abuse of our APIs.
  • Fraud of any kind, including payment fraud and identity misrepresentation.

Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of active challenges and unpaid rewards, and a ban from the Service.

6. Payments

Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Amounts are denominated in USD; the crypto amount is fixed at invoice time. Underpaid or expired invoices are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify the Service, its instruments and its rules. Changes to challenge rules never apply retroactively to accounts already purchased. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or security. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
