Refund Policy

1. Challenge fees

• A challenge fee is refundable within 14 days of purchase if the challenge account has not placed any trade. Once the first order is placed, the evaluation service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable.
• Refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to an address you provide, for the USD value of the original purchase net of network and processing costs. We do not compensate for crypto price movements between payment and refund.

2. Deposits to balance

Unused USD balance from crypto deposits can be withdrawn on request, net of network costs, after standard anti-fraud review.

3. Underpaid or expired invoices

Crypto invoices that are underpaid or expire are not automatically credited. Contact support with your order reference and we will review and credit or return the funds.

4. Breached accounts

Fees for challenges that ended by breaching a rule (daily loss, total loss, prohibited conduct) are not refundable.

5. How to request

Email support@randompips.com from your account email with your order reference. Refund reviews are typically completed within 72 hours.
